Northwestern have fans packed the stands at Vivint Arena in Salt Lake City as the Wildcats make their first NCAA Tournament appearance in school history. In the middle of them all is Seinfeld and VEEP star Julia Louis-Dreyfus, wearing purple and cheering on her son.
Northwestern reserve Charlie Hall is the son of the actress that played Elaine Benes on Seinfeld and now plays Selina Meyer in VEEP on HBO.
Northwestern fans have turned their first-round matchup against Vanderbilt into a home game, drowning out the cheers for the Commodores. Louis-Dreyfus is in the midst of it all and tweeted her popular dance from Seinfeld when it was announced that the Wildcats had made the tournament.
