FLORENCE, Ala. (AP) — Jamari Blackmon had 12 points, seven assists and six rebounds to lead North Alabama to a 61-55 victory over Samford on Saturday night.

C.J. Brim also had 12 points and Christian Agnew added 11 for North Alabama (2-2). Mervin James had 10 points for the hosts.

Jalen Dupree had 18 points for the Bulldogs (2-3). Robert Allen added 17 points and 12 rebounds. Brandon Austin had six rebounds.

North Alabama plays South Dakota State on the road on Tuesday. Samford takes on Manhattan at home on Tuesday.
